Human Movement Studies Program
In a nutshell
A 5 years program of education called “Human Movement Studies”.
It is directed to students and teachers in this field, and its goal is to create real experts who can thrive on their passion with know-how, professionalism, and competence. The vision entails the idea of being part of the same network, that is communicating often, and it is vibrating at the same frequencies.
An overview
Included in the vision of this program there are:
5 years of deep practice with us
Each year will have a different section of the curriculum to study, and only once completed the whole 5 years you will have a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of Marcello’s school view.
After every study cycle, there will be exams and tests to ensure high quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Enrollment for the program will only happen once a year.
6 fields of study
Physical preparedness – optimizing the body to produce high quality performance
Athletics – acquiring proficiency in displacing in space
Acrobatics – learning to change the configuration of one’s body in space
Dance – open form movement for the sake of communication, social interaction, and self expression
Fighting – it is about confronting with a partner to defend oneself, assert control, or achieve victory
Cultivation of awareness – acquiring recognition towards the manifestations of consciousness in the body
Libraries of materials, community and regular zoom meetings
For each field you will receive a series of cycles of practice to attain the fundamental principles underlying our movement school, and the associated theory through video lectures.
As you will go through the materials you will have access to an exclusive community, composed of all your fellow students to the course.
Every 6 weeks cycle you also receive 3 zooms to talk about the overall work.
Learn how to teach and to make your movement related business thrive
On top of everything, you will receive direct teachings about how to pass everything you will receive to your students: methods and styles.
And quantitative frameworks on how to make your business thrive: from strategy to communication, from control to management. We’ll teach you how to produce measurable results.
Commitment
The first year of education will be separated into 8 equal cycles of 6 weeks each, where we are going to distribute practical materials, lectures, and live meetings.

We will not set your schedules strictly, rather we will provide you with tasks and assignments that will need to be completed by the end of the academic year.
You will know all this in great advance so that you will be able to create your week of study and work and organize your process in the best way to fit your life.
We start on October until June.
Then, there’s a summer break to rest and digest all that filled our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Then the studies resumes in October.

To keep a tight connection and high-quality standards we will limit the group size to 50 people each year.
Take your time to reflect on your position, your role, and your willingness to be a part of a multi-year project.
It’s not easy to think so far ahead into the future but try …hard! Use the mind of a forest.
